Holy Trinity High School – Visual and Performing Arts Program

Setting the Stage for Success

Arts education is alive and well at Holy Trinity High School and we are proud to provide our middle and high school students with a quality arts program. Every student from grades seven to twelve has the opportunity to take options and credited classes in major genres of art.

Students in all grades can experience drama, dance, vocal arts, band, visual art, and new media in their regular schedules. Our arts faculty is comprised of many wonderful and experienced staff with a passion and background in the genres they instruct.

In addition to the classroom opportunities in visual and performing arts, our students also have the chance to let their artistic light shine through dance showcases, band/vocal arts performances, art/photography shows, and the annual Trinity Festival Season of Plays – all of which take place at the state of the art Suncor Energy Centre for the Performing Arts Theatre.

At Holy Trinity, we are dedicated to educating the whole child and our visual and performing arts program is a testament to that fact. We value the impact that arts education can have on a student’s overall success in life and we strive to provide our students with high quality, maximum impact experiences that will last them a lifetime.

Pablo Picasso once remarked, “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he or she grows up.” At Holy Trinity, we are committed to solving this problem by making sure each and every one of our students carries with them the skills, drive, and desire to continue to nourish their artistic talents as they move from our building and out into the world.
