Loving and Faithful God,

On this World Teachers’ Day, I lift up to You all the teachers of Fort McMurray Catholic Schools. You have called them to the noble mission of shaping young hearts and minds in the light of Your truth. Bless them with wisdom, patience, and a steadfast spirit.

Lord, You know the burdens they carry; the weight of expectations, the concern for their students’ well-being, and now the stress and uncertainty brought by the possibility of job action.  Calm their hearts and grant them courage in these unsettled times. Help them to remain rooted in hope and guided by compassion, so they may continue to serve with dignity and love, even in moments of challenge.

Through the intercession of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, the Patron Saint of Teachers, strengthen their resolve to persevere in faith.May they find in You their source of peace and renewal, trusting that their dedication will bear good fruit in the lives of their students and in their community.

Bless our schools with unity, understanding, and respect for the vocation of teaching. 

May Your Holy Spirit guide every step as they navigate this difficult season, and may Your grace sustain them in the days ahead.
